The Progresstech principal project engineers – Dmitry Lukin and Dmitry Bratko visited Inter Airport Europe 2015 which took place on October 6 – 9 at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany.
Inter Airport Europe is the leading event for the entire airport industry to showcase the advanced products and innovative solutions as regards the civil airports, aviation safety and security, airport IT. The exhibition has gathered customers, sellers, consultants and system integrators representing the airports as well as professionals from airports, airlines, air cargo carriers and air ancillary services from all over the world. Over 670 exhibitors from 44 countries displayed their products and services on net floor space of 30,000 m².
The Progresstech delegates have had a chance to learn about the latest achievements in construction and rehabilitation of airport facilities, advanced engineering, structural and functional solutions for airport and airfield complexes, and new light equipment, materials and various airport equipment. Also they had business meetings with the corporate partners to discuss the issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The exhibition has been accompanied with SMART Airports 2015 Conference which program has included five topic sessions. This one-day series of conferences was mainly aimed to study the major challenges and perspectives on development of the air transport industry, particularly the economic perspectives of the aviation industry, architecture and design, IT and automation, safety & security and ecological environmental issues.
The Progresstech engineers participated in the conference session relating to issues of the airport design, construction and development to fully meet the highest requirements of both passengers and air carriers.
