OnOctober16-17 Altair, theUS-headquarteredcompanyhostedthetwo-dayconferenceinEssen, Germany. The first day was dedicated to contacting of the Altair Engineering GmbH Europe executives with the Altair (HyperWorks, solidThinking) software resellers.
Progresstech as the Altair partner and one of the largest HyperWorks and solidThinking products users in Russia participated in the event. Dmitry Buzlaev, Project Manager made two presentations there. Reviewed in the first presentation were the efforts on implementation and adoption of new software tools both in Progresstech Group members and client companies. And the second presentation was on the technical aspect. It specified the OptiStruct Solver testing results and the HyperWorks Solver technology to be applied for the structural weight optimization. This presentation was of deep interest among the conference attendants.
During the conference the Progresstech delegates had business meetings with the Altair Engineering GmbH executives and executives of the other companies-attendants. Discussed at the meetings were the mutually-beneficial cooperation perspectives and options.
